Powerful Native Translator 개인정보처리방침

Powerful Native Translator(이하 "앱")는 Google Gemini AI로 동작하는 실시간 통역 앱입니다. 원팀랩스는 앱을 위한 별도 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 대화 내용이나 계정 정보를 원팀랩스가 받아 보관하지 않습니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 어디로 보내는지 설명합니다.

1. 처리하는 정보

Google 계정 정보
Google 계정으로 로그인하면 계정 고유 ID, 이메일 주소, 이름을 받습니다. 이 정보는 이용자 본인의 Gemini API 키를 계정에 연결하고 다음 실행 때 자동 로그인하는 데에만 쓰이며, 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

Gemini API 키
이용자가 Google AI Studio에서 직접 만든 API 키를 기기 안에 암호화하여 저장합니다(Android Keystore). 키는 Google Gemini API를 호출할 때만 Google로 전송됩니다. 키를 입력하는 화면에서는 AI Studio에서 복사한 키를 자동으로 넣기 위해 클립보드를 읽을 수 있으며, 키가 아닌 내용은 사용하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

음성과 대화 내용
통역 중에는 마이크 음성이 실시간으로 Google Gemini API로 전송되어 번역되고, 번역된 음성과 글이 돌아옵니다. 요약이나 질문 기능을 쓰면 대화 기록이 Gemini API로 전송됩니다. 이 전송은 이용자 본인의 API 키로 이루어지며 Google의 Gemini API 이용약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. Gemini API의 무료 등급에서는 Google이 제품 개선을 위해 내용을 활용할 수 있으므로 민감한 대화에는 유료 등급 사용을 고려해 주세요.

저장한 대화 기록
이용자가 저장한 대화 기록과 요약은 기기 저장소(다운로드 폴더 포함)에만 저장되며, 이용자가 직접 공유하지 않는 한 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

앱 설정 정보
통역 모델 목록 등 앱 설정을 받기 위해 Firebase Remote Config에 앱 버전과 임의로 만든 설치 식별자를 보냅니다. 개인을 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

광고
배너 광고를 보여 주기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. AdMob은 광고 식별자(Advertising ID) 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고해 주세요.

이 외에 별도의 분석(Analytics)이나 크래시 리포팅 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

  • 실시간 통역, 대화 기록 저장, AI 요약 등 앱의 핵심 기능 제공
  • Google 계정과 Gemini API 키 연결, 자동 로그인
  • Google AdMob을 통한 광고 게재

3. 보관과 파기

  • 계정 정보와 API 키는 기기 안에만 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
  • 설정에서 로그아웃하면 자동 로그인 정보가 삭제됩니다. "Gemini API 키 바꾸기"로 저장된 키를 교체할 수 있습니다.
  • 저장한 대화 기록은 이용자가 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 기기에 남습니다.
  • 원팀랩스 서버에 계정을 만들지 않으므로, 원팀랩스가 따로 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다.

계정 및 데이터 삭제 방법 (PNT)

PNT는 원팀랩스 서버에 계정을 만들지 않으며, 모든 데이터는 휴대폰 안에만 있습니다. 아래 방법으로 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

  • API 키 삭제·교체: PNT 설정 → "Gemini API 키 바꾸기". Google 쪽 키 자체를 없애려면 Google AI Studio에서 키를 삭제하세요.
  • 자동 로그인 정보 삭제: PNT 설정 → "로그아웃".
  • 모든 데이터 삭제: 휴대폰에서 PNT 앱을 삭제하면 계정 정보, API 키, 설정이 모두 지워집니다. 다운로드 폴더에 저장한 대화 기록(Download/PowerfulNativeTranslator)은 파일 관리자에서 지우세요.
  • Google에 전송된 데이터: 번역을 위해 Google Gemini API로 보낸 음성·글은 Google의 정책에 따라 처리되며 Google 계정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
  • 문의: [email protected] 으로 삭제 요청을 보내 주시면 30일 안에 답변드립니다(원팀랩스가 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다).

4. 제3자 제공

원팀랩스는 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱의 기능을 위해 위에서 설명한 Google 서비스(Google 로그인, Gemini API, Firebase Remote Config, AdMob)로만 정보가 전송됩니다.

5. 아동 개인정보

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 최신 내용을 반영하고 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Powerful Native Translator Privacy Policy

Powerful Native Translator (the "App") is a real-time interpreter powered by Google Gemini AI. ONETEAM LABS does not run any server for the App and does not receive or keep your conversations or account information. This policy explains what the App handles and where it goes.

1. Information the App handles

Google account information
When you sign in with Google, the App receives your account ID, email address and name. They are used only to link your own Gemini API key to your account and to sign you in automatically next time, and they are stored only on your device.

Gemini API key
The API key you create in Google AI Studio is stored encrypted on your device (Android Keystore). It is sent only to Google when the App calls the Gemini API. On the key screen, the App may read the clipboard to fill in the key you copied from AI Studio; anything that is not a key is neither used nor stored.

Voice and conversation content
While interpreting, microphone audio is streamed in real time to the Google Gemini API for translation, and translated audio and text come back. When you use the summary or question features, the transcript is sent to the Gemini API. This happens with your own API key and is governed by Google's Gemini API Terms and Privacy Policy. On the Gemini API free tier Google may use content to improve its products, so consider a paid tier for sensitive conversations.

Saved transcripts
Transcripts and summaries you save are stored only on your device (including the Downloads folder) and are not sent anywhere unless you share them yourself.

App configuration
To receive app settings such as the list of translation models, the App sends its version and a randomly generated installation identifier to Firebase Remote Config. No personally identifying information is included.

Ads
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner ads. AdMob may collect device information such as the Advertising ID. See how Google uses information in ads.

The App uses no other analytics or crash reporting tools.

2. Why the information is used

  • To provide the App's features: real-time interpretation, saved transcripts and AI summaries
  • To link your Google account to your Gemini API key and sign you in automatically
  • To show ads through Google AdMob

3. Retention and deletion

  • Account information and the API key stay on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App.
  • Signing out in Settings removes the automatic sign-in. "Change Gemini API key" replaces the stored key.
  • Saved transcripts stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.
  • No account is created on any ONETEAM LABS server, so ONETEAM LABS holds no user data.

Delete your account and data (PNT)

PNT does not create an account on any ONETEAM LABS server; all data stays on your phone. You can delete it yourself:

  • Delete or replace the API key: PNT Settings → "Change Gemini API key". To revoke the key itself, delete it in Google AI Studio.
  • Remove automatic sign-in: PNT Settings → "Sign out".
  • Delete everything: uninstall PNT; account information, the API key and settings are removed. Transcripts you saved to Download/PowerfulNativeTranslator can be deleted with a file manager.
  • Data sent to Google: audio and text sent to the Google Gemini API for translation are handled under Google's policies and can be managed in your Google Account.
  • Requests: email [email protected]; we reply within 30 days (ONETEAM LABS holds no user data).

4. Sharing

ONETEAM LABS does not sell or share your information. For the App to work, information is sent only to the Google services described above (Google Sign-In, Gemini API, Firebase Remote Config, AdMob).

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
